Missing Theme Twenty Fifteen from WP-admin

  • Hi I have a version of 4.3.. after I add-on the site identity, my active template or theme got missing. As such my website can’t be shown. Please let me know how to re-install the theme Twenty Fifteen to my WP and reactive my website again. Please help
