    Hello,

I have a question about your WordPress plugin “weDocs – Knowledgebase and Documentation Plugin for WordPress” which you have developed.
I have installed the above plugin for a friend in his homepage. As far as everything works very well. Now my friend needs your plugin but in German and I’ve set me times with PoEdit to translate your plugin. Unfortunately I had to find out that your plugin can not be translated completely, because some text strings are not translatable with a WP-Lang file.
Now I do not want to translate directly in the PHP pages all the rest of the texts, because this must be done again with each update.
Could you please take another look at your plugin and add in the remaining text strings? That would be really good.
Would not like to install an extra plugin like Loco. Would in this case but also bring nothing, because these missing strings are not found even with it.

    Thanks a lot

and keep up the good work with this great plugin.

You shouldnt use poedit or loco to translate this plugin,
    https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/wedocs/
it is fully translated here and should have a language pack, if your site uses german, WP should automatically fetch all available language packs, for WP, plugins and themes.

However, the mentioned string does not exists for GlotPress, because it is not internationalized properly (not prepared to be translated).
You can bring up such string list to plugin authors, so they can prepare them.

German _formal is unfortunately not complete. Also some strings are missing in these translations. Here the author of the plugin should improve a little bit. I hope he reads it here and implements this.

Translations aren’t dependent on the plugin author. As a free plugin, people from the community contributed by translating the plugin. If you think German is not completed, I would request you to contribute there as well.

I’ll check for the missing strings which aren’t properly done from the plugin itself.

Thank you for looking for missing strings and fixing them in an update. It is clear to me that this is a free plugin and the plugin author is not responsible for translations. For this reason I translate each plugin myself. Most are translated with Google and unusable. Only if the strings in the plugin are not prepared for translations, I can not translate them.
    Thanks already for the help

@eclipse16v Could you please point me out which translations are missing, it’ll be easier to find and fix those.
