• I closed the uListing panel (which appears at the bottom of the screen) in the editor and now I can’t get it back.

This has occured on a “Listing type” page, but it has globally removed the uListing panel from the bottom of every editor page.

I have tried turning the setting for uListing off and then on again in preferences.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug in.

Where is the setting to bring this page to the editor pages?

Firstly, why have you marked this as “resolved”? You cannot possibly think that “describe this in more detail” is resolving the issue?

    Secondly, full explanation.

    Browser: Chrome.

    In your plug-in:

    All Listings.

    Edit Listing.

    While editing a listing:

I inadvertently clicked on the minimise button on the uListing panel twice. The panel is gone and I can’t see any way to bring it back.

Image (for the cars listing page included in the demo):

Gone. Kaput. Nothing there. Just a big white screen with the word “cars” at the top.

And this is global. It is the same on every page, and every listing.

I have ensured the option for the uListing panel is on. I have toggled it on and off.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in. I have uninstalled the plug-in to remove all data for a clean install (that doesn’t work BTW, and all the files and settings are saved, so maybe work on that too).

I guess my next option would be the reset plug-in (WP reset or similar), but I don’t actually want to wipe everything and start again, and I can’t do this every time your plug-in f**ks up.

So, please note: this isn’t resolved.

How do I fix this? Is this something simple that I am missing? If so, why did you need this explained to you in more depth?

    Thankyou for your time.

    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
So sorry for making this topic resolved. Now, I will make it unresolved status and give deeper look for your problem.
Thanks for explaining the problem in details.
In general, the listing panel does not affect your listings to be gone since uListing plugin is secure plugin. It was an uncommon instance and in our side listing panel did not affect the loss of listings. Are your system requirements (WP version, PHP version, MySQL, File upload sizes) correctly set before installing the plugin? Please also check the permalink settings. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and it should be Post name.
Uninstalling and installing plugin does not clear your data in database, hence we recommend to delete only uListing related tables from your database and then reinstall it.
Please feel free to ask any questions
We’ll do better to help customers reaching this point in the coming updates.

    Best Regards
