Missing Username

  • With the last 5.4.2 WP install, no username is visible where it should be. Just empty place.

    However, this is with all themes. Seems something went wrong with some plugin or other current update.

  • Hi,

    Could you try disabling all your plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    I did all this and that’s why posted the issue as non-support one. It turned out to me one of the members pluggins which nulled all options of the username display. Certainly not relevant to the Customify theme.
