Missing value [shipping]

    All our products are disapproved because Missing value [shipping]. What can we do? we use Flexible Shipping for our shipping methods. We add shipping on Google merhant center and it fixes for a while and after a few days, all our products are disapproved again in Google merchant center because the value [shipping] is missing. Is there a solution to this problem?

    From what I gather, the Flexible Shipping is not among the available ones when setting up the Google Listings & Ads plugin.

    Linked here is the section with the general requirements, in its documentation, where further below the section on Shipping Information can be found.

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    where can i find the settings for Shipping Information?

    Hi @dtsint,

    Google Listings & Ads only supports syncing the core flat rate shipping method, you’d have to manually define your rates in GMC since you’re using Flexible Shipping.
