Missing VAT ID Field

    Hello,

    We install the plugin in our site, however none of the fields that should automatically be installed are showing up anywhere. For my settings I selected:
    -EU Store
    True on the following:
    VAT ID field required for B2B
    B2B sales in the home country
    B2B sales in the EU when VIES/VAT ID is provided
    B2B sales outside the EU

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Please try disabling all plugins except this one to see if there is a plugin conflict. If not, contact us with your username/password and we’ll have a closer look.

    Disabled all plugins as requested, no change.

    We have not been able to get the credentials to see the issue.
