• This plugin should really inject the code to capture “Viewed Product” events and build a Browse Abandonment flow, rather than advising people to edit a theme file and paste in PHP.

Also needs the ability to choose which order statuses are considered “fulfilled” rather than just assuming “Shipped” is the only status.

These are fairly minor changes, but would make the plugin a lot more useful and easy to set up.

    Hi @frankyw

We really appreciate the feedback you’ve provided here.

Klaviyo’s plugin does inject the Viewed Product code, there’s no need to add any code to your theme files in order for those events to start working. We will update this in the Web Tracking Wizard to avoid any confusion. If you’re encountering any issues with your Viewed Product events I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team who can help troubleshoot this for you.

Regarding the ability to map order statuses to events in your Klaviyo account, this is already on our radar. While I cannot provide a specific timeline this will be added to our plugin in the coming year.

    Best,
    Klaviyo

    Hi @klaviyo

Thank you for your prompt reply. I will reach out to support team, as no Views are being tracked with the plugin. I was indeed confused by the Web tracking wizard copy text.

It might also be helpful if the plugin description actually described what it does, rather than just provide a list of generic Klaviyo features.

    Hi @frankyw

We will absolutely review our plugin’s description, this can certainly be improved to better detail the specific functionality provided.

Thank you again for your feedback.

    Best,
    Klaviyo
