Missing visual and text buttons in elementor text editor

  • Missing visual and text buttons in elementor text editor.

    Where are these buttons and how can I return them? https://ibb.co/QjKBMZc

    Me theme is The7 but has same issue when I use Hello Elementor theme.

    Installed plugins: All-in-One WP Migration With Import, Contact Form 7, Contact Form Multilingual, Elementor, The 7 CLI, The 7 Elements, Use Any Font, Wordfence Security, WPML,WPML Media, WPML String Translation.

    Tried disabling all plugins step by step. Does not help.

    Hello,

    Twenty Twenty-One – same issue.

    I use Elementor v. 3.13.4. There is no Tools tab to the Elementor > Settings. Tools tab is outside of Settings and doesn’t have the Clear Cache button.

    No minification or caching plugins.

    AS about the JavaScript errors, I found jut this in console:

    Elemetor version changed to 3.14.1

    Regenerate CSS & Data – regenerated many times. Same issue.

    I reinstalled the whole site.
