Missing width attribute on site header logo

Hi team,

In the customizer, when you add an image for logo and set a width, the max-width property is set, but not the width attribute.

This ends up making the logo not show in some browsers (Safari, for instance), since the width is not set. Please can you add the following CSS to the theme:

header .site-logo-img .custom-logo-link img {width: 100%;}
or
.site-logo-img img {width: 100%;}
