Missing WooCommerce Button

    Hello,

    Please could someone assist me, I was being assisted by Sébastien with a query related to the “Return to Shop” button being missing in the shopping cart on translated ‘Cart’ pages.

    After the initial support feedback I’ve been receiving the following error mid ticket:
    Your message wasn’t delivered to?[email protected]?because the address couldn’t be found or is unable to receive email.

    Hello,

    I am sorry but we are not allowed to provide help for Premium plugins in this forum.

    In most cases, the reason for our provider rejecting emails is a misconfiguration of the SPF for our customer email address (for ex, if you send the email from an unauthorized server for your domain).
    You can check this if you have more information in the email describing the error.
    If the error message is not explicit you may receive more information from an email test service such as https://www.mail-tester.com/
    Your domain provider or email service provider may also help you to find the reason for your email to be bounced.

    Meanwhile, hopefully you have another email address on a generic domain like gmail or similar. You shouldn’t have any issue using such address.

    At worst, you can still use our support form https://polylang.pro/support/. If you need to share files with our support team, you can ask them to provide you a private link to store these files on our server.

    Hi @chouby ,

    I see Sébastien has sent me an email with the private link to store these files on your server. I’ll provide the info to him there and also rectify any issues RE: SPF etc. in hopes of fixing the issue there.
