• Hi,
I have searched the forums but cannot find an answer to my problem. I recently deleted my database in cpanel when trying to clone the site. My web host was great and installed a backup of the correct msql database and the site functions as before. Big problem is that I cannot access wp-admin. My saved passwords and login do not work, I use ‘lastpass’ so I know they are correct. I can get into cpanel and I can FTP through Filezilla. I have accessed php admin via cpanel and have found that there appears to be some table missing of which wp_users is one. So all the usual solutions using wp_users to change the login passwords are closed off. I have tried just about everything including using emergency php scripts uploaded via ftp but nothing works. I simply cannot gain access to my site. My host says that on rebuilding the database everything should have been restored but obviously not. I really need some help on this one I have no where else to go. If anyone can help i would really appreiciate it.
