Missing wpsc vistor tables. Recieving an error Attempt to modify property of non

I activate taxes and when I tried to test taxes by adding items into my cart my site timed out. Now when I try to login to my dashboard I receive the following messages (See below). I logged in to my database and I don’t see any wpsc vistor tables. I am running wordpress 4.9.8 and wp ecommerence 3.13.1.
