Missing XML tag: Parent tag: urlset Tag: url

    I have created Google News Sitemap but i am getting an error saying it’s needs to be updated.

    Missing XML tag
    This required tag is missing. Please add it and resubmit.

    Parent tag: urlset
    Tag: url

    Could you please tell m how to solve this error?
