Missing YouTube Icon

Greetings,
In the page edit tool bar, I used to have a YouTube Icon to insert a YouTube video. I can not see it anymore. It suddenly disappeared.It was a VERY SIMPLE insert tool. It allowed me to specify the height and width of each video frame inside the page or post.
How can I recover it or what can I use instead?

It will have been a plugin. There’s no youtube insert in the editor by default.
Wordpress now has youtube support by default, try simply typing the URL in the editor, it may well give you what you need.
