Missmatch Content ID Facebook events

  • Hi,

    I find that some products seem to be missmatching the ID’s between Woocommerce Product Feed Pro and Facebook Catalog Event Matching.
    Anyone got any advice on how to solve this?

    Example of product:

    Event ID that has an error in Facebook event matching, for add to carts:
    Content id: AG010914
    Product URL: Product URL Bari
    ID in Woocommerce Products: 4062

    Pixel parameters sent:
    content_ids:?[“AG010914_4062”]

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    When your plugin is sending events like this:

    content_ids:?[“AG010914_4062”]

    Than that will not match with the 4062 value that is being added to your g:id field. Those values need to be exactly the same.

    Perhaps you can make some changes to how the pixel content_id is being constructed and make sure that AG010914_ is being removed from your pixel code?
