    I tried to do some back up last weeks but it wasn’t possible.
    Can you help me???

    Your wp-cron.php was not accessible, maybe the hoster has blocked access. So all WP Cron based features will not works(your post schedule, backup plugins…)
    Please contact your hoster, and ask them to resolve the issue ^^
    In case they didn’t resolve the issue, there is a workaround solution by enabling alternative WP Cron:
    modify wp-config.php ( you can find this file in your root directory ), and before the line:
    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
    add this line:
    define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON' , true );
