mix of collations

    i have this Error every time i post a comment , it give the comments as ” ?????? ??? ?? ” after show this error

    WordPress database error: [Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation ‘=’]

    SELECT comment_ID FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_post_ID = ‘667’ AND ( comment_author = ‘MY NAME’ OR comment_author_email = ‘[email protected]’ ) AND comment_content = ‘the comment in Arabic and u cna read it ‘ LIMIT 1

    this all happen after moved to another hosting , SQL v. is 4.1.21 i dont know the old one what it was
