mix selected and random related products

Hi There,
Is there a way to combine specific related products and random product.
So let’s say I have Total of 5 related products and I select 2 products with this plugin, The other 3 will be selected randomly by Woocommerce – same as the normal behavior of the default Woocommerce related products.
Right now it’s either this or that.Thanks..
