Mix separate domains / subfolders

Hi,
First of all thank you for the great plugin!
I have an issue with the mix of separate domains and subfolders.
I’ve created separate pages for French, English and Luxembourgish, separate domain each. It works perfect.The problem is that for the german page I don’t have a separate domain. The Luxembourgish and German will be on the same domain:
https://steiererklaerung.lu/I’ve tried to add https://steiererklaerung.lu/de in language settings options but it trows me 404 error.
