mix up between default wc shipping and advanced free shipping plugin

  • I am able to create 2 free shipping rates:

    – one for total of 349$ and under
    – one for total of 350$ and more

    But because I am not adding any shipping methods in the shipping section of woocommerce, when I add an item in my cart, next to shipping it says:

    There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    What do we need to put in the WC Shipping tabs?

    Hi Janies,

    This plugin does not require you to configure things in the WC Zones section. The shipping rate will show up whenever all the condition(s) in at least one condition group have matched.

    Note that it does not have the ability to show two free shipping rates at the same time, so you’d want to make sure only one ever shows.

    If you’re not sure whats going wrong, can you post some screenshots of your setup / what you’re seeing in the cart?

    I’m having an issue with the plugin. I set it so that it can be triggered by using a coupon code and if the order is to ship to the state of Florida. I need those two criteria met and they can have free shipping but it’s not working on the website at all. Please help
