Mixed content error

When using your plugin to display a search box on a HTTPS page, I am getting a mixed content error:
Insecure URL: https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js?ver=1.8.3
Would it be possible to have this plugin update to query a https version of the url? The https version does appear to be available
