Mixed content on my site

My site is https://7-daywifibootcamp.com.
I use OptimizePress as my theme hosted on WPEngine.com and I still cannot get all my pages to show the green padlock for SSL. I’m still getting mixed content even though I’ve changed various SSL Insecure Content Settings.
My wp-admin page work fine.
Can you examine to see what’s causing the issue?
