    Hello,
I have an issue with the plugin, a quiz try to load the forminator-icons-font.woff2
from https://mysite.com instead of https like everything else on the site.
This cause a mixed content warning
The correct https address is configured in WordPress settings (both WordPress Address and Site Address)

by now I have solved including a redirect directive in .htaccess file but it seems more a workaround…

    thanks

  • Hi @stefanoste,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please make sure you are using the latest plugin version and that there is also no actual define in your wp-config which can modify the site address or url. I would advise on clearing any cache set on site or server level as well.

In case this continues to be an issue, please provide us with the URL to your site where this console error was showing(removing the workaround so warning can be seen).

    Best,

    Hi Jonathan,
thank you for the quick reply!
it seems that clearing the site cache fixed the issue,
All the plugins were already up to date, no changes to the posts, quiz questions or whatsoever, so it’s still unclear to me why it worked but hey… it’s fine!

    thank you
    regards

    Hi @stefanoste

    Thank you for the update.

Sometimes some not updated URLs in the database can cause similar issues.

Some plugins like Really Simple SSL can help in case the issue return.

We are marking this as resolved, however, feel free to ping us any time you need.

    Best Regards
    Patrick Freitas
