This plugin DOES work great and fast – 5..10 minutes to install an SSL, tops.

You’ll be forced to manually renew the SSL yourself, every 90 days. OR you can pay them (the plugin people) annually for this service, which defaults the purpose of getting an SSL for free.

Their costs are too high. You’d be better off paying Namecheap $10/year for an SSL certificate. You’d save money and only have to spend an extra 5-10 minutes ONCE per year, implementing the SSL.

This plugin is GOOD but does prey on people by offering upsells that defeats its purpose.

WP-Encrypt was a much better WordPress plugin for free SSLs when it was being updated.
