• Hi everybody,

    My first post on this forum. I have been looking for a solution to my probelm for 2 weeks and can’t find it on previous posts.

    My issue is:

    On top of all my pages, and even in the wordpress dashboard, I got this message:

    mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied

    you can see by yourself here: https://lesenfantsdudragon.com/

    No other information on the error message…

    I think problem came after desinstalling a plugin that I was not using any more. But can’t recall which one. I tried to change access rights in FTP, but once more, can’t locate where the problem is.

    Any support would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Hi Esmi,

    Thanks a lot for your prompt troubleshooting, amd indeed, it works!

    I desinstalled all plugins and reinstalled 1 by 1. I had issue with a FlickR Gallery plugin.

    Again, thanks a lot, and long life to WordPress community and users

    Glad to hear that you located and solved the problem. ??
