File Away isn’t optimized for windows servers but it works with some tweaks. What’s the rest of the error? You only posted part of it.

I’m not on windows server, i work at localhost with xampp server.

And there is no “rest of the error”. I only have it

xampp on windows, as opposed to linux. the issue is windows. the mkdir command works fine in every environment i’ve tested. i would google to see if xampp has some setting, or some package needs to be installed, to resolve this issue.

The issue is probably backslashes vs. forward slashes. As I state in the plugin requirements on the main plugin page, File Away requires Linux Apache. It is not currently optimized for other environments.
