MM Form not receiving email

    Can anyone suggest what I need to do? I have an MM Form which appears to be set up properly and when you hit the Send button, it appears to work but I never get any emails arriving with the data.
    Email settings are all correct and all emails woirk properly, just can’t get this form to email through to me when a subsciber submits it.
    Help gratefully received.
