MM Forms Community – No thank you message upon submit

I’m using MM Forms Community for the contact form and when I hit submit, it shows loading icon but then the input just disappears and there’s no message whatsoever if you have successfully submitted or not. However, it went to my email and DB successfully. Any help is appreciated. Thanks…
