MM Forms Pro export not working

  • Using MM Forms Pro 2.2.3 for collecting customer data. Set to email and save to database.
    Email working fine (I get the ‘your message was sent successfully’ alert) but database no longer capturing new records, and I’m unable to export database of 300+ records to .csv (only header row exports). Using Chrome with Windows10. Is there a way to export data from PHPmyadmin etc?

    I see that motionmill’s page (https://plugins.motionmill.com/products-page/motionmill-pro-plugins/mm-forms-pro/) is gone and it’s no longer listed on WordPress plugins, so it’s obviously time to move on, but I’d like to get that export out first…
