MM Forms Undecipherable

  • My customers place their orders via MM forms on my website, but when I view them to read and complete the order, the values are coming through as non-deciperable gibberish. I tried downloading them and the same non-deciperable gibberish appears. I am currently using Windows XP. Can anyone give some immediate advice on how I can resolve this issue? I would so appreciate it!
