mo file path issue

    This plugin seems to be inserting the path incorrectly into the $mofile variable which causes the load_plugin_textdomain function to issue a warning.
    I am running a windows server, php 7.2.15 , WordPress 5.1, Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg 1.9.1.
