Mobile accordion menu not selecting

  • I was asked to help on a site with Kubio page builder because the mobile menu was not showing, in the settings i found that the accordion menu in the offcanvas block has nothing selected, but even if i try to select something it will not actually select it. how can i fix it? (if i click on Mobile menu here: https://imgur.com/ZqYCNqN the small list of menu will close but the option will still be “select..”)

    This issue is generally caused by a website’s plugins Could you perform the following steps for me and let me know if they resolve the issue, please:
    – disable all your plugins except Kubio/Kubio PRO in your WP Admin > Plugins
    – clear your Cache memory.
    – make sure our plugin is up to date

    Once you’ve performed the steps above please try again and let me know if this resolved the issue. If it doesn’t fix the problem I would kindly ask you to provide us with a link to your website for us to be able to further assist.
