Mobile adaptive format required but missing for this video

  • after import the archive live streaming video from its original folder to VOD folder, system seems ok with processing, but with viewing the video page
    got error

    “Mobile adaptive format required but missing for this video!”

    please help

    wordpress 4.9.8
    ffmpeg installed /usr/local/share/ffmpeg
    vod version: 1.9.5
    live streaming: 5.2.3
    red5: 1.0.10.M9

    That message means necessary converted video was not found (usually ffmpeg not configured right or codecs missing or more time required to process).

    For FFMPEG you also need all codecs involves for source videos and HTML5 output and to adjust conversion parameters depending on codec libraries you have installed. There’s a detection screen in backend, for necessary codecs list.
