mobile alerts

  • Is there any way to receive alerts on my mobile device when a new chat is initiated? I’m not in front my desk all day.

  • I’m looking for this feature as well. Hope for a quick answer as I would only use this plugin if I could be notified via mobile phone while not in the shop and conduct chats on my iPhone.
