Mobile and normal site on same wordpress installation

Easiest would be to get a plugin, or use a responsive theme.

You can do it in Multisite, but it’s almost overkill for that.

Could you please suggest a plugin through which we can manage both the sites inside single wordpress installation.

Can we apply two themes one for wordpress normal site and other for mobile site inside single wordpress installation?
