We recently had major issues with our website and support changed the url… major mess. Anyway, we have updated all the links in our website and everything seemed to be fine. I now have people using the browser on iphones not able to access links. They get a 404 error. I have told them how to empty the cache on their phones but it hasn’t helped. How do I fix this? I can’t help but believe it has to do with the url change. ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • None of the departmental links on the page works — they all return “404 – File Not Found” error, and this has nothing to do with iPhones or browser cache.

All the URLs have some /CNP/ in the path that shouldn’t be there. For instance, the “Child Nutrition” link on the page is:

    https://www.cnpschools.org/CNP/departments/child-nutrition/

    — which is does not work.

The correct link which works is:

    https://www.cnpschools.org/departments/child-nutrition/

Ditto for all the other departments.

You’ll have to edit this “Departments” page and correct the links to the various departments.

Well, sheesh! What a rookie! As I said a change in our url has been a nightmare and even though I changed the links in the menu I completely forgot about the additional links on the page itself. Thank you so much!!
    Have a great day.
