I am sorry, this feature is still not available on the Astra Header Footer Builder. If you really need to use the Menu Breakpoint, then you can use the old header/footer. This feature is available even on the Astra free.

How can we return to the old header/footer on 3.2.0?

You can just go to Appearance > Astra Options then hit that blue Use Old Header/Footer button. This screenshot should help you better.
