Mobile caching turned on by itself

A couple of updates ago I noticed that the two settings for mobile cache were both turned on. I saw it on all of my sites and the sites of my clients.

We can turn it off and save the settings, but the next time we check they are back on.

There is no server-side cache that we can access to clear that, if it is an issue.

And this is across multiple hosts.

Plus, all other setting changes seem to hold.

Can you please check to see why these two settings mysteriously turned themselves on and how to keep them off?
