mobile column layout woocommerce

Good day

I created a elementr pro template archives template for my product category layout

However there is no option in this template to set number of columns – the onscreen message is to use the oceanwp customizer for this

However when I change mobile column layout to one in customizer, it has absolutely no effect

I have cleared all caches, I have regenerated css, disabled all elementor experiments, but to no avail

Any help please?
