    Hi,

My customer uses the YITH WooCommerce Compare plugin. But it does not work on the mobile. When they click on the compare icon on the mobile, it will open the new tab to display the compare table but it always displays as the same as the screenshot. Although, the product still exists. Please check it for me.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and I hope you’re doing well ??

I checked your site and seems the popup iframe is cached. I checked and I get the same problem also on my desktop so seems the problem is not related only with mobile.

Maybe it’s a conflict between your theme or other plugin.

I suggest you to make a test and disable all plugins and leave only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Compare. If you get the same result, try to switch your theme to a default theme like TwentySixteen and try again.

Please, try this solution and let me know if you get the same problem.

    Have a good day.

    Hi the support team,

The issue is related specifically to varnish caching. If you can provide paths, cookies, or arguments to exclude for the feature to function properly then we can have that excluded on our end. You can a comprehensive list of recommended cache exclusions used for Yith in general.

We tested the site in a version without cache and it worked. So the issue is the cache and the hosting company needs to know what to disable.

    Hi @themeskysupport

if you’re using a cache system, please exclude from cache the comparison page and any page which include a comparison table. In additional exclude also any link that has query string action=’yith-woocompare-view-table’ and the cookie yith_woocompare_list
