Mobile connection and login issues

I’ve looked at previous posts on this login subject which seem some time ago and there doesn’t appear to have been any contributions which really fix this problem. I have tried logging in to my site both through a smartphone App but even if I click on the option to pass to the ordinary website neither works to log in. It only works if I use the traditional broswer of my phone and login this way.

Any suggestions? Thx.
