Mobile Credit Card Form Not Working

    I’m having a few issues getting the plugin up and running, specifically for credit card payments.

    1. The credit card form on mobile divices is unusable. It shows as an empty white rectangle that is unselectable. I’ve currently disabled the credit card payment feature for this reasonn (using Stripe instead).

    2. Is it possible to allow users to save credit cards to their account for future use?

    3. Apple and Google Pay are not showing up as options through Airwallex even though I have them enabled in my settings. How do I activate these options through the plugin?

    Hi Jenny,

    Sorry for the late reply. Yes you’re right about the save credit card and applepay, googlepay, we didn’t support them on previous version. But from version 1.2.0 which we just released, we support those with the Airwallex – All Payment Methods(new payment methods). It also supports many local payment methods. For more detail, you could contact Airwallex account manager.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the reply. I tried out the new plugin version but the payment page would not load. Also, an embedded credit card form at checkout and quick payment buttons on cart (apple and google pay) are much preferred to a separate payment page. Is this something Airwallex plugin plans to support in the future?

    I have been asking for these options so great they are now enabled however I second this – making the Apple and Google pay available in the embedded cart.
