Here’s a link to the page in question:
    https://myancientwisdom.com/gallery/nature-gallery/

I published this page today and have no problems with the desktop view on my laptop, but when I check the page with my iphone and ipad, it displayed a page that says,

“Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.”

But the thing is, it’s not a draft. I am not even working in draft mode at all. And it’s strange that it shows up just fine on my laptop, but not the devices.

    How can I fix this?

  • Hello @awapril,

I have just checked that page on Android phone and I was able to see the gallery.

However, I noticed that you have Jetpack Mobile Theme enabled.

Sydney theme is responsive by default. So you can deactivate Mobile Theme in your Dashboard → Jetpack → Settings → Appearance tab for more consistent appearance across devices.

Well, there was no “appearance tab” anywhere in the Jetpack settings, but there was an option to turn off theme settings for mobile so I did that. But it didn’t help.

Now that I look back though, I didn’t explain enough…sorry!

From the gallery page there are two options “Nature” or “Food” and the picture link will take you to a specified gallery of each subject. The link to the “food” option works just fine and gets you to another page. “Nature” option is where it takes you to a blank page with “sorry, you are not allowed to view drafts”.

Both pages are set up exactly the same so I am very confused. I tried deleting the “nature” page and starting over and it still wouldn’t work. Then I created a “nature” gallery and deleted the old one. Still didn’t work.

Well, I just ended up deleting all the pages and plug-ins and starting from scratch with a different plug-in and that fixed this particular issue.

    Okay @awapril,

Please feel free to create a new topic if you have any other questions in future.

    Kind Regards, Roman.
