Mobile devices – Chat box won’t open up

  • Just access this website on a mobile device, scroll down and click the red box. Nothing happens, other than the page is zoomed in and scrolled to the top.

    I am using WordPress 4.9.8 with the theme “Retro – Premium Vintage WordPress”

    Hello!

    Can i know if the Zendesk Chat plugin does work with other themes? Do you have other custom scripts that you inserted in the theme?
