Mobile drop down menu

I am having my site developed in Flash. Everything works well on pc but when try to click on drop down menu in mobile the menus don’t work and you can only click on top option which leaves all the options below unavailable. My web developer has no idea how to fix it. It seems a weird problem with such a successful platform.
