Mobile – Dropdown menu not working as expected?

  • Hi , i am fully new to wordpress and think i started at the right time with the 6.2 release combined with Spectra One. One thing I can’t seem to find or figure out is how to have the menu in on mobile be collapsed instead of showing all the menus. Menus are set to On Click to open. Or do i need a separate menu plugin to do this?

    WordPress navigation block works in that way until now. Nonetheless, we are currently exploring the possibility of making it a dropdown menu. We will implement if we find a better way to handle this.

    Can you reccomend any menu plugin to use with spectra one to replace the current navigation? It seems that the ones i have tried do not work as there are no menus allowed to be created in the admin panel.

    @kingcasual Regrettably, we are unable to provide any particular suggestions for a plugin to replace the current navigation menu. Moreover, if you have experimented with several menu plugins and none of them have functioned correctly, it is feasible that creating menus within the admin panel is not supported in FSE.

    Same problem here, mobile menu is soooo bad. Juste a list without any difference between menu and sub menu.
    And you can add any separator on sub-menu, so frustating.
    Any news ?

    Can’t* If only you could add separator in menu, would be such a great update.
    And any kind of editing for mobile menu (inside hamburger menu) is definitly needed

    I started using Max Mega Menu , it works good.
