    Hi,
Since the PWA plugin starts from the already done desktop responsive website version, does PWA become mobile first or will always be second after desktop version ?
    Thanks

  • Hi @antoine69

PWA is not something related to mobile-first or related ones. It adds app shell to current website irrespective of mobile or desktop. You can find more details on testing PWA on desktop over this article which I wrote over some time back. Hope it will help you.

As within mobile for PWA to work, it should be responsive. But for some websites even not mobile-first, I noticed it seems to be work perfectly.

    Thanks Jose.
Yes I see, so it’s disconnected from AMP to bring better ranking results on mobile.
    Cheers

Yes, you’re right. PWA helps to make websites a App like feeling with the power of service worker caching to increase the performance and speed.
