Mobile form in Modal Popup

Hello!
I’m using the Avada theme and have added a form (testing only right now) to a Modal popup for users to fill out. This works perfectly on desktop, but when you fill out the form on mobile, you do not receive the message that the form has been submitted.Here is the URL I am testing on: https://thinkresearch.staging.wpengine.com/fusion-test/
The button is the “experience a demo” button at the top of the page.
