Mobile Form looks different

    I installed the Registeration Magic plugin and made a form for one of our pages. It looks good on the desktop view, but when I look at it on mobile, there’s more form fields listed and some are duplicated fields from the desktop form and I don’t know where they are coming from.

    Allow me to explain, Your form is of registration type. Registration form attaches username and password fields when user is not logged in. It seems you are already logged in on your desktop, Hence it is not showing those additional fields.

    In case you do not want those additional fields (Username and password), You can change the form type to Non-WP Registration Form under form settings->General Settings.
