Mobile friendly plug in for image carousel

I’m trying to find out whether WordPress can allow for our homepage image carousel to be mobile-friendly. I was told that a plug in might be the best way for this to happen. If anyone has any suggestions or can send me in the right direction please let me know. Thank you
